Snow Day Information

There are three scenarios for inclement weather:

  • Option 1: Cancel school

  • Option 2: Delay start by two hours - normal release time. School starts at 10:00 a.m. Buses will run exactly 2 hours later than it normally does. 

  • Option 3: Follow the regular school day schedule

Information is available via one of the options below:

  • Message sent from the District's notification system. Please be sure your phone number is current.

  • Snow day announcements on Live Feed on the school website and mobile app as well as Facebook.

How to opt back in for text messages

  • Users can opt-in and out of our SMS shortcode number (98900) with messages such as STOP or START

  • Replying STOP to 98900 will prevent the phone number from receiving any messages from our alerts system (regardless of the account)

  • Replying START to 98900 will allow the phone number to receive alerts
